DESCRIPTION

• De-commission all air conditioning units and VRV units to provide access to the roof.
• Pressure wash and clean down the lower flat roof.
• Supply and install new liquid waterproofing system to the full extent of the lower flat roof and all upstands.
• Install anti-slip grit walkway to provide safe access to all air conditioning units for future servicing.
• Re-connect, commission, and test all air conditioning units.
• Erect scaffold access from lower flat roof to upper roof.
• Clean down flat roof and all valleys using pressure washer.
• Replace damaged timber window to match the existing.
• Repoint brickwork and hip tiles.
• Install new liquid waterproofing system to flat roof, valleys, and all upstands.
• Strike scaffold and leave site clean.
