- Erect scaffolding to the front and rear elevation to access the roof, windows and all rendered façade.
- Clean down the pitched roof and box gutters, undertake repairs to the pitched roof to replace slates where slipped/damaged.
- Repair the lead box gutters where required and treat with patination oil.
- Carry out repairs, preparation, and decoration to 22x windows to the front and rear elevation.
- Carry out repairs the rendered façade where required.
- Decorate the rendered façade to the front and rear elevation.
- Prepare and decorate all external timber doors.
- Prepare and decorate all rainwater goods.
- Prepare and decorate all ironwork, including staircase, railings and security bars.
- Clean down, investigate and repair all flat roofs to the rear elevation.
- Replace 1x fire door to the rear elevation, prepare and decorate.
- Replace bespoke timber fascia board to the rear elevation prepare and decorate.
