DESCRIPTION

• Extensive infestation of dry rot to grade II listed building (all upper floors, roof, walls, stairs, and lintels).
• Conservation repair work, keeping as much of the existing fabric as possible. Replacing parts or all of sash windows, ends of affected roof, joists, wall studs, staircase, skirtings, floorboards, and infill imperial brick panels on a like-for-like basis.
• New lime plaster (after taking samples of existing to match new laths with new plaster cornice).
• External repairs to rainwater goods and roofs
