DESCRIPTION

• Major external structural restoration works to a building in a conservation area.
• Erect support scaffolding and roof over to gable ends with partial road closure.
• Provide new support to building by adding to existing ground floor beam that was twisting.
• Dismantle gable ends that were leaning forward and rebuild together with roof.
• Support collapsing stone mullions to first-floor oriel window, provide new permanent steel frame. Rebuild stone window mullions and timber windows.
• Replace leadwork to window canopy.
• Site visit made by local MP June 2018.
