Newmarket – Full Flat Roof

DESCRIPTION

• Thoroughly clean down the full area of the flat roof, remove and dispose of all dirt, debris and vegetation.
• Create new roof deck with 18mm OSB sat on firring strips to fall towards the roof outlet.
• Prime the OSB boards with TOR bitumen primer and install new vapour control layer.
• Install TOR liquid waterproofing system to the full area of the roof, with embedment coat, reinforcement matting, and top coat terminating the system to the full perimeter.
• Install mushroom vents across the flat roof for ventilation.
