• Erect scaffolding to the front elevation to access the roof and windows.
• Working from the roof, strip 3no courses of roof slates and set aside ready to be reused.
• Strip back and board over the existing box gutter using 18mm plywood, on firring strips to cut to fall to the rainwater outlet.
• Apply a bitumen primer to the plywood and install a VCL (vapour control layer).
• Install new liquid waterproofing system to the box gutter to ensure watertight.

• Sand down and prepare 15no windows to the front elevation.
• Chop out and remove any rotten timber and take back to sound substrate.
• Splice in new timber to match the existing profile.
• Decorate the windows using primer, undercoat and gloss.
• Strike scaffolding and leave site clean and tidy.
