• Cut existing bird netting and clear fallen guttering to ensure free flow when refixed.
• Refix guttering to enable unobstructed water flow.
• Allow for refixing of netting where required.
• Carefully remove vegetation growing in or around the brickwork.
• Clean brickwork using a pressure washer to remove moss, algae, and dirt.
• Rake out old, loose, or deteriorated mortar joints.
• Clean out joints and repoint using a cement-based mortar.
• Once mortar has fully cured, apply a breathable Waterseal solution to the entire brick surface.
