DESCRIPTION
Installing a new guaranteed flat roof system and loft hatch.
Following numerous leaks, T&D was appointed to survey and propose suitable repairs to a flat roof in Smethwick, Birmingham.
Working alongside one of our specialist suppliers, we were able to take core samples and issue a full specification for a new flat roof system that would come with a single point guarantee.
With the specification and quote approved, the T&D team began works on site.
Having installed countless cold liquid systems over the years, the team was able to complete the project well within the allocated programme.
Works were finished to our normal high standards, with a new loft hatch installed to give a safer means of access/egress and improve security. Due to the use of a cold system, tasks were also completed without any need for hot works.
Having completed the system, our specialist supplier returned to site and undertook a final inspection to ensure compliance with the specification.
With the works signed off and guarantee issued, the finished job was well received by another happy client.
