‍DESCRIPTION

• Carry out alterations removing existing lath and plaster partitions and building new partitions to utilise the available space better and create additional rooms in two locations.
• Installing new fire doors and frames in three locations.
• Upgrade the existing lighting throughout and installing new modern fixtures in all rooms/communal areas. Change all electrical sockets and light switches to modern chrome finish.
• Remove all existing emergency bulkhead style lighting and replace with 2D flush fitted emergency lights
• Carry out three full bathroom refurbishments, replacing all existing sanitary ware with new and installing full height floor to ceiling wall tiling to the full perimeter.
• Upgrade existing door alarm system for new wired system to connect to all bedrooms and install new control panels for staff.
• Decoration to the walls, ceilings and woodwork in all rooms and communal areas.
• Replacement flooring in all rooms and communal areas with new carpet/vinyl.
