DESCRIPTION

• Undertake a deep clean of the toilet areas, ready for works to commence.
• Replace 1 No. inset manhole cover.
• Remove WCs.
• Remove all vinyl and previously tiled areas and cart from site.
• Screed areas ready to receive new porcelain tiles.
• Install new floor tiles to all areas.
• Grout on completion and install vinyl skirting.
• Reinstall all previously removed WCs and fixtures.
