- Prior to the main works, we collaborated with ACM specialists to safely remove asbestos promenade tiles, ensuring the site was secure for the next steps.
- Conducted a deep clean of the flat roof, setting the foundation for the new installation. A recovery board was added to create a smooth surface after tile removal.
- Stripped back the existing system, preparing it meticulously for the new roofing system to be applied. Installed an OSB overboarding to even out the flat roof surface, ensuring a solid base for the next phase.
- Supplied and installed a comprehensive Elastaseal 15-year system, following Tor Coatings' specifications for maximum durability. This included sealing and terminating the system with care, using termination bars and drip trims where necessary.
- Conducted a thorough water test and snagging process to ensure the installation was watertight and secure. TOR attended the site for a full sign-off of the completed work.
- Installed anti-slip tilesto enhance safety and usability of the surface. We then cleared the site, disposing of all waste off-site to leave it clean and ready for use
