• Conservation work to the building on a like-for-like basis (following approval of listed building application to the local authority).
• Prior to work commencing, the entire building was steam cleaned without chemicals.
• Stonework repairs were then carried out on a like-for-like basis.
• All windows and doors were delicately repaired and re-decorated.
• All bird protection was renewed.
