- Erect TG:20 scaffolding to the front elevation.
- Produce bespoke scaffold design for the rear elevation.
- Erect scaffolding to the rear elevation as per the design.
- Uplift all ridge tiles to the roof and re-bed on lime mortar.
- Undertake general repairs to the pitched roof, replace slates where slipped/damaged.
- Rub down, repair and decorate 18x windows to the front and rear elevation.
- Replace 2x velux windows to the rear elevation.
