Swindon - Exterior Stairwell Refurbishment

• Conducted an on-site survey alongside a metal fabrication specialist to plan off-site fabrication effectively
• Delivered all plant and materials to the site and set up a safe, isolated working area following thorough H&S procedures and operative inductions
• Erected and dismantled alloy towers daily to provide safe, high-level working access, ensuring all inspections were completed before each use.

• Removed and replaced end-of-life treads across six stair sets:
• 1st stair set:8 treads replaced with 10mm steel plates.2nd to 6th stair sets: Replaced a total of 32 treads and landings. 
• Applied Black Hammerite paint to all new metal components, matching the existing aesthetic and ensuring durability.
• Cleaned the site and disposed of all waste off-site, leaving the area safe and tidy.
