- Carry out a targeted R&D survey to all areas of work.
- Removal of two structural walls to create four large classroom/workspaces including all temporary works design and management.
- Removal of all plasterboard wall finishes, installation of new plasterboard and plaster finish.
- Installation of new suspended ceiling throughout.
- Replacement of all electrical fixtures including lighting, fixtures and fittings.
- Replacement of flooring throughout including vinyl and carpet.
- Decoration of all wall finishes throughout.
- Installation of new kitchen/food tech room to create a new cooking space, including all electrical and pipework alterations.
- Refurbishment of five WC’S including replacement of all wall tiles, sanitary ware flooring.
