- Contract Crane Lift of Scaffolding/Structural Steelwork/Hatch
- Erect Scaffolding
- Install Steelwork
- Cut Out Panelled Roof. Remove ACM Fibre Cement Slates
- Install Hatch onto Steelwork
- Install Lead Apron/Abutment/Rear Back Gutter
- Contract crane lift Pump out of Roof Space
- Lift New Pump into position through hatch
- Strike Scaffold and lift down
